Purpose Found Through Action
I always wanted to do something meaningful in life, but I did not know what
There was always one feeling inside me.
I wanted to do something in life.
Something meaningful.
Something that would make me feel that I am not just working, earning, and passing the time.
But for a long time, I did not know what that something was.
I was not clear.
I had the hunger.
I had the intention.
I had the feeling that I was meant to do more.
But I did not know where to begin.
And honestly, that phase is confusing.
Because when you do not have clarity, people around you also start asking questions.
What are you trying to do?
Why are you doing this?
What is the plan?
Where is this going?
How will this help?
Because starting anything meaningful looks exciting from the outside, but from the inside, it feels messy.
For me, one thing started changing slowly.
I began sharing my thoughts, lessons, struggles, and experiences through LinkedIn posts.
At that time, I was not writing with a big plan in mind.
I was not writing because I knew I would build a community.
I was not writing because I had a clear roadmap in front of me.
I was simply sharing what I had lived, what I had learned, and what I felt could help someone else.
That was it.
Just honest sharing.
Just putting my experiences into words.
Just speaking from a real place.
And to be honest, even then, I was not sure where all this would lead.
I did not know what it would become.
I did not know whether people would connect with it.
I did not know whether it would stay as content or turn into something much bigger.
I was just taking one step at a time.
Writing one post at a time.
Sharing one thought at a time.
Helping one person at a time.
And somewhere in that process, something started happening.
People began connecting.
People began responding.
People began sharing their own struggles, goals, and questions.
Slowly, what started as simple sharing began turning into something deeper.
Something more meaningful.
Something bigger than I had imagined at the beginning.
Today, when I look at what we are building in this community, I can honestly say, from my heart, something.
It feels like I have found the purpose and intent of my life.
It feels like I now know what I want to work on.
It feels like I now know where I want to put my energy.
It feels like I now know how I want to create impact in this world with whatever knowledge, experience, and lessons I have gathered over the years.
And trust me, that feeling is priceless.
There is something powerful about waking up and knowing that what you are doing matters.
Not just to you.
But to other people too.
That is a different kind of happiness.
A deeper kind of happiness.
Because money feels good.
Growth feels good.
Recognition feels good.
But when someone messages you and tells you that you inspired them to take their career seriously, that you helped them understand how to find a job, how to improve themselves, how to aim for better salaries, how to think bigger about their future, that feeling is on another level.
Nothing can beat that feeling. Nothing.
When people from different countries message me and say that my journey, my words, or this community gave them hope, direction, or courage, I cannot fully explain what that does to me.
It touches something very deep.
Because then you realize this is no longer just about you.
It is bigger than you.
It is about impact.
It is about helping someone believe in their own life a little more.
It is about showing people that growth is possible.
It is about reminding people that where they are today is not where they have to stay forever.
And maybe that is what purpose feels like.
Maybe purpose is not always something grand and dramatic.
Maybe sometimes the purpose is simply this.
Using what life taught you to make someone else’s life a little better.
That is what this journey has become for me.
And the beautiful part is that this all started with uncertainty.
From self-doubt.
From not knowing exactly what I was building.
From just wanting to do something meaningful.
Today, this community has grown to more than 5,000 Engineers across 52 countries.
Even writing that feels unreal to me.
Because I still remember the early stage.
The questions.
The silence.
The doubt.
The fear.
The small steps.
The uncertain beginning.
And now, to see this many people connected by a shared intention to learn, grow, help, and build better careers gives me goosebumps.
It reminds me of one simple truth.
Big things often start very quietly.
They do not begin with noise.
They begin with courage.
They begin with one decision.
They begin with one moment where you stop waiting and start moving.
That is why I want to say this very clearly.
We all have goals.
We all have dreams.
We all have something inside us that keeps telling us that there is more we can do with our lives.
But dreaming is not enough.
Wanting is not enough.
Thinking is not enough.
At some point, we need to step up.
At some point, we need to act.
At some point, we need to stop asking what if it does not work and start asking what if this is exactly why I am here.
Because it is my life.
It is now or never.
I am not going to live forever.
I am just going to live while I am alive.
That line means a lot to me right now.
Because life does not wait for us to become fully ready.
Life moves.
Time moves.
And many people spend years sitting on dreams that were asking for action.
Not because they are not capable.
But because fear made them wait too long.
I do not want to live like that.
I want to build.
I want to try.
I want to fail if needed.
I want to learn.
I want to keep going.
I want to create something that is bigger than my own comfort zone.
And today, for the first time in a very strong way, I feel pumped up.
I feel alive.
I feel excited.
Because I am enjoying what I am doing.
This no longer feels like pressure.
It feels like purpose.
And the best part is that it is creating lasting impact in people’s lives.
That is what gives me energy.
That is what keeps me going.
That is what makes all the struggle worth it.
If you are reading this and you have been sitting on an idea, a dream, a plan, or a calling inside you, let me tell you something.
You do not need to know everything before you begin.
You just need enough courage to take the first real step.
Clarity comes while walking.
Confidence comes while doing.
Impact comes while staying consistent.
And purpose sometimes reveals itself only after you stop waiting and start moving.
There was a time when I was not even sure where to start.
Today, I am reading messages that remind me why I started.
That shift means everything to me.
These messages are more than kind words.
They are reminders that when your work comes from a real place, it reaches real people.
Every message like this tells me one thing.

Keep going.
Because someone out there is waiting for the courage you are still thinking about showing.
This journey is still just getting started.
Yes, we have crossed more than 5,000 Engineers from 52 countries.
Yes, the messages, the love, the trust, and the support mean a lot to me.
But deep inside, I know this is not the destination.
This is only proof that one small step can change everything.
There was a time when I was full of doubt.
Today, I am full of purpose.
There was a time when I was asking myself where to start.
Today, I am grateful that I started, even without having all the answers.
And that is what I want to say to anyone reading this.
We all have something in us.
A dream.
An idea.
A purpose.
A voice.
But none of it means anything unless we move.
Unless we act.
Unless we take that one step that scares us.
Because this is our life.
And there comes a point where we need to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start creating it.
For me, this community is not just a project anymore.
It is a part of my life.
It is a part of my purpose.
And if this journey has taught me anything, it is this.
You do not find meaning by waiting.
You find meaning by building.
“I am not going to live forever. I am just going to live while I am alive.”
