The MEP Club is a Dubai-based professional community for engineers working across the MEP and building services industry.
We are building a space where engineers can learn, connect, and grow through technical workshops, networking events, career guidance, sports activities, industry discussions, and shared experiences.
Our community has close to 15,000 followers on LinkedIn, with a growing presence on YouTube and Instagram.
Why We Started the Podcast
As part of our community initiatives, we started The MEP Club Podcast to bring real industry stories closer to engineers.
Every professional has a journey.
Behind every career are struggles, mistakes, lessons, opportunities, and decisions that others can learn from.
Through these conversations, we want to share those experiences with the wider community.
How We Do It
We invite industry professionals to an open, genuine conversation about their journey, experiences, challenges, and lessons.
We record the conversation in a professional studio as raw footage.
Our team then carefully edits the episode to improve flow and remove unnecessary pauses, repeated conversations, technical interruptions, and portions that may not add value, while keeping the guest’s story and message authentic.
